Taking the place of \u201cNote on Higher Education\u201d, it has been publishing since 1990. Each issue has its individual theme on higher education and be easily searched for with ISBN.<\/p>\n<p>Whole text is available in the issue having a mark\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-327\" src=\"https:\/\/rihe-publications.hiroshima-u.ac.jp\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/icon_book.gif\" alt=\"Book\" width=\"16\" height=\"15\" \/>.<br \/>\nMost of the issue are written in Japanese.
